At Hawthorn Hideaway, we are dedicated to providing our guests with exceptional amenities to enhance their romantic retreat. Among our exclusive offerings are private sessions in our BBQ cabin, wood-burning sauna, and aromatherapy rose steam room, all designed to elevate your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.
Relax and enjoy a romantic BBQ meal for two. The BBQ cabin and picnic table will be offered in 2 hour slots, you must book your slots in advance, please give us 24 hours notice. During your slot the cabin and an outdoor picnic table is for your exclusive use only. The cabin and table will be sanitised between uses. You’ll need to bring plates, tongs, fire glove, cutlery, pans etc from your own lodge, there is a specific BBQ pack included for this. You can use your garden trolley to transport these.
A BBQ hamper can be purchased at the time of booking or by contacting us by telephone or email.

This tranquil setting enhances relaxation, allowing you to unwind in nature’s embrace. Guests can reserve private one-hour sessions, with logs and towels provided for your convenience.
Experience the soothing benefits of our aromatherapy steam room, designed to promote relaxation and well-being. The steam room features rose essential oil, mood lighting and calming music, creating a serene environment to de-stress and revitalize. Private 30-minute sessions can be booked, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from your accommodation.
To ensure availability and provide a personalized experience, we recommend booking your private sessions in the BBQ cabin, sauna, and steam room in advance. You can easily schedule these through our online booking system. These exclusive amenities are included in the price of your stay, offering exceptional value and memorable moments during your romantic getaway.
